Taylor Ross
Taylor is a certified Professional dog trainer through Ben Kersen & the Wonderdogs professional dog trainers program. Ever since Taylor was a little girl she has always had a passion for dogs. When she was five years old her family got their first dog Rocky. He was a Golden Retriever, Labrador cross, and he meant the world to Taylor. Until one day he passed away due to cancer in 2007 at the age of twelve.
After Rocky’s passing Taylor’s family couldn’t bare to get a new dog just yet, but in summer of 2008, Taylor ended up fostering a pit-bull named Meeka for three months. At the same time Taylor was working at Aberdeen Kennels & Cattery. She worked there for a year and a half, and got to work with a number of different breeds, sizes, ages and temperaments. While working at the kennel Taylor completed the DOGSAFE canine first aid course through Michelle Sevigny. After a year and a half without a dog, Taylor couldn’t stand not having a dog around, so on February 1st 2009 she went out and bought her dream dog, a Bernese mountain dog named Crosby!
Taylor’s Hobbies: Competitive sports and fitness, bowling, going to the movies, and camping.
